Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

StoneAnchorForge operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Refunds are evaluated based on the completion status of project milestones and the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Pre-Project Cancellation: Full refund of any advance payments if cancelled before project initiation (within 14 days of payment)
  • Incomplete Milestones: Partial refund proportional to incomplete work for terminated projects
  • Service Deficiency: Remediation or refund if delivered services materially differ from agreed specifications

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed and accepted project milestones
  • Third-party licenses or software purchases made on behalf of the client
  • Consulting hours already delivered
  • Custom development work that has been deployed to production

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant milestone completion. Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a refund dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal remedies. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by StoneAnchorForge ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides digital engineering services including but not limited to web development, infrastructure architecture, API integrations, and digital transformation consulting. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their use of delivered services
  • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials and proprietary information

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of all custom-developed deliverables. The Company retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in service delivery. Both parties retain rights to their respective confidential information.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Client remains liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. The Company will provide reasonable cooperation in transitioning deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of services following notification constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
